LocalCast: stream to TV App Reviews

A "must have" for anyone who has a Chromecast with a few minor flaws. It takes a while to find DLNA servers on the network when the app is first launch. It disconnects from Chromecast while playing a movie. I thought it can played movies on iPad/iPhone but it doesnt.

sometimes the ad covers bottom toolbar.

It wont detect any videos on websites that I visit.

I love this app but when I log in to my google drive none of my shared videos or pictures of anything pop up it just says loading please fix this problem

I wanted an app that would allow me play my collection of movies, stored on a NAS, on my TV using Chromecast. Other than it is slow to locate the server and the basic UI, it is the best app I can find. I only wished it would also play movies (not videos in the photo albums) stored on the iPad/iPhone.

Doesnt recognize any video what so ever! Takes for ever to play a video! I dont see the option to hear the music through headphones! Crashes too many times! Hopefully this app gets fixed!

Not support subtitles and opensubtitle not work And no local subtitle support

Doesnt work with HDHomeRun Prime tuner. Connects to box, sees the channels, but doesnt play them.

This app is by far the bast way to cast video from Google Drive or Drop Box. Easy, simple, Ive tried them all & this is as good as it gets!

The worst and most useless app I ever used. Please just delete it and save us all some time. Worthless.

Every Time I connect to chromecast then open any file the app completely crashes. Glad I didnt spend money on it.
